WhatsApp Link Generator with Prefilled Message
Create a link so customers can reach you in one click. Enter your phone number and an optional prefilled message. Generation stays in your browser; only testing the link opens WhatsApp with those details.
Your number and message stay in memory in your browser. MaatWork never receives or stores them. Test opens WhatsApp with those details; it does not send the message automatically.
Your number and message
Include the area code, without the leading 0 or Argentina's 15 prefix. Do not include the country code or Argentina's mobile 9: the controls above and below add them.
Your WhatsApp link
Enter a country code and phone number to generate the link.
Check that the number has a WhatsApp account and test the link before publishing it. The link contains the number and message: do not include sensitive information.

If copying is unavailable, select the link and copy it manually.
How to create your WhatsApp link
- Enter the country code and phone number including the area code. For Argentina, omit the leading 0 and 15 prefix; leave the mobile option checked to add 9.
- Add an optional message. Spaces, accents and line breaks are encoded in the link.
- Copy the link for your bio, website or ads. Test it before publishing: it opens WhatsApp but does not send the message automatically.
Example format
With country code 54, illustrative number 11 2345-6789 and Argentina mobile checked, the link without a message is https://wa.me/5491123456789. Replace the example number with your own.
Privacy and limits
MaatWork never receives or stores the number or message. The generated link does contain them: anyone who receives it can read them. Test opens WhatsApp with those details. This tool does not verify that the number exists or has a WhatsApp account.
PrivacyFrequently asked questions
What is a wa.me link?
It is a WhatsApp click-to-chat link. It opens a conversation with the specified number and can include a prefilled message; opening it does not send the message automatically.
Why is 9 added to Argentina mobile numbers?
WhatsApp uses the international format 54 9 followed by the area code and phone number, without the leading 0 or 15 prefix. When Argentina mobile number is checked, the generator adds 9 only if the number does not already start with it.
Is my data sent when I generate a link?
No. The number and message are processed in your browser; MaatWork never receives or stores them. The generated link does contain those details; Test opens WhatsApp with them.
